Using the sounds

When you buy a pack, the sounds are yours to use in your own music, for ever. Releases, streaming, film, games, adverts & client work are all fine. There are no royalties to pay and you don't need to credit me.

What's not allowed

• Selling, sharing or giving away the sounds as sounds, including in your own sample pack or preset library.
• Uploading them to a sample site, or passing them off as your own.
• Sharing your download link or your account so someone else gets the pack without buying it.

Presets, templates & projects

Same rules. Make music with them, just don't share the files themselves.

Downloads

Each purchase gives you five downloads. If you run out after changing computers, email me and I'll reset it.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You can delete your account any time by emailing me. You keep the licence to everything you bought.

Refunds

There are no refunds on sample packs. Once you've bought and downloaded them, you have access to all the paid material.

Sampler Forge does however have refunds. If it isn't working for you, I'll do my best to fix it or refund you within 14 days of your original purchase. Sampler Forge support
