Info we need:
- Which hardware sampler you're working with
- The connection method (Gotek, ZuluSCSI SD, floppy or MIDI)
- Which DAW
- What you were doing, and what happened
- Your Sampler Forge version
If possible, keep a copy of the disk image you were working on to send over to us.
Crash reports are anonymous and can be turned off in Preferences, under Privacy.
Refunds
If Sampler Forge isn't working for you, get in touch and we'll either fix the problem or refund you within 14 days of your payment.
